I spent a lot of time researching volley ball net systems and I am thankful I came across the Cobra system. It is by far superior to any other system I had seen. The two best features for me were no additional ropes or guy wires to hold up the poles and no sag in the net after play. The paper instructions were a little tough to follow, but the included DVD video made the set up easy. After the first time setting up the net, every other set up will be super easy. My kids had a great time using this net and the system is worth the price!!!

I did fair amount of research before deciding to purchase the cobra net system and as of time of this note (about 2 weeks after receiving) I'm pleased with our experience. Setup was straightforward after watching the DVD shipped with the net system and reading through the directions. Performed the initial setup with my spouse as a "trial run" and we had everything installed and playable within 30mins. We left the aluminum stakes in the ground to speed up installation for the weekend cookout/gathering we were hosting for our daughter's volleyball team and had everything (including out of bounds rope lines) up and ready in probably 10-15mins. The team and parents were playing on the net throughout the afternoon/evening and had no issues. The ball is playable out of the net with several bumps/digs pulled out of a ball passed/hit into the net. Strongly believe the net system will see significant amount of play between summer vacation and future family/friend gatherings and don't anticipate any issues.

The fine folks at Cobra were great to talk to. I debated whether to purchase this system or a competitor and we are very glad we went with the Cobra. The owner helped us to understand the differences and when you watch the videos as to how the system is setup you can see the quality. Setup is a breeze once you get the hang of it and most importantly, the net does not sag and looks very professional.

If you are thinking about ordering from Cobra, just know - the Cobra Volleyball Set is Awesome! Here's why: It's durable and lasts for decades! I began setting up a Cobra in the late 1990s. We set it up every weekday over May and June for our beach program, every year. I bought a second Cobra set a few years ago, not to replace the first, to expand our play area and have bigger tournaments. The owners of the company are fun to talk to. Their product is so good, they probably don't get many customer service calls. When you do call, they seem really happy to hear from you; they remember you too. Why do I call them every year? I constantly lose the little spike head protector cap. When you hammer the aluminum spike into the sand, these hard steel caps protect the head of the spike from splaying. Don't drop it into the sand to pick up later; put it into your pocket or back into the volleyball dufflebag! We used the net all last summer and loved it! I'm glad i decided on the Cobra. It is very easy to put up and take down. We leave it up most of the time, however it was nice to be able to take it with us for picnics. I would recommend it to anyone. I really have nothing negative to say about it.

This Cobra volleyball net system has truly been an excellent investment for us. My co-workers and I have been setting up this net twice a week without fail for last 2 years in sunny southern CA and the quality is truly unmatched. Since we play as often as we do, a permanent net would not work for us since the grass would be destroyed under our constant play. With this net we are able to play at different locations, which allows the grass to recover. Setup is so quick - it takes no more than 10 minutes for 2 people to set it up and even less time to put it away. This is very important for us since we have a very limited time to play during our lunch break. For being a portable net this thing is pretty amazing. After the first time setting up and learning how to do everything it will take no time at all to set the net up. We are still playing with the Bungee Cord locations to get a tight net without a scoop on the bottom but I know we can figure it out. I would suggest upgrading your boundary lines just because the rope gets lost in the sand. Super easy adjustment and worth the investment just like this net. Love that it came with a durable/heavy duty carrying bag. The only issue is that the bag will collect sand, but you are at the beach after all! Maybe a netted bottom would be a better option if they could find something strong enough to hold everything. Overall this thing is great and sadly it keeps raining in Northern California, so we have only been able to use it once. But, I am sure that we will get our use out of it for years to come!

I wanted to share our experience with this system with you all. I run events for teenagers and community events in St. Pete Florida and we are always on a time crunch to get our equipment setup. I purchased a system and to replace our old system and right of the bat I there is a weight difference. I don’t have to haul 45 pounds of equipment anymore. The cobra system sets up easily and now everyone on my staff can set it up, before it was only a few staff that knew how our old complex system would take up to an hour to setup. Playing on this system is much safer and it is exactly like playing on a Professional net. Thank you again! My 15 year old daughter and her friends use the net frequently and change from badminton to volley ball by themselves with out any problems! I am optimistic that this will last for years- unlike the cheap ones I have been buying every two years at the sporting goods store... It was pretty easy to install- once we figured it out.... and now we will know for next time. The instructions are not well written - in that they refer to parts that you don't know which part they are referring to as the parts list DOES NOT include a diagram of the part (any one at cobra read this??) The accompanying video shows an easy set up but does not include how to attach the net!! Were it not for this I would have given 5 stars. Looking forward to a fun - exercise filled, summer.

If you're considering the Cobra Volleyball Netting System...Just get it already you won't regret it. The product is high quality, durable, portable, easy-to-setup, and the company stands behind its product 110%. I absolutely love working with Shelley on the phone. We were in a time crunch to get something in for a tournament we were sponsoring. Shelley worked with me on getting the product to us over night just in time for our tourney! Anyway you look at it, 360 degrees, it is an investment I'm totally happy with and I'm a lifetime fan!

I had never heard of the 'Cobra' until last year when a friend of mine got one.... One word...FANTASTIC! We play at a Navy Recreation Park in Italy every Saturday all summer long for the last few years. As the following got bigger and the players got better, the wait time for play on the one sand pit got MUCH LONGER.... Then one day my friend showed up with the Cobra.... We set it up in the grass and I was very pleasantly surprised at the east of set up and high quality of the product. Before long everyone wanted to play on the new grass court, and more people were playing at the same time. My friend has since transferred and I had to get another one for our club. One might not be enough!!! The staff at Cobra went out of their way to get us the system ASAP and were very helpful in every way. Thanks Cobra!! "I am the proud owner and recreational user of a Cobra 'no guy-wires/ropes' volleyball system for...wait for it...over 20 years. I purchased, what has to have been, one of the first ones ever made. I was roughly 15 years old at the time, and I am now 37, and I can say, without hesitation, it has definitely held up better over the years than I have. Whenever I reach for it, it's as sturdy and ready for action as ever. That is until this past month, however, when I went to pull it out and found that a rat in my pool house had chewed through both the bag and large portions of the net. Never fear...I just called Cobra, and within 2-3 days I had a new bag and net and was back in action once again. As an investment advisor, I am always looking for a good Return on Investment (ROI), and I can say that, in terms of both exercise and fun, I have reaped wonderful rewards on the purchase of my Cobra volleyball net."

After 15 years of use, we need to replace the net on our Cobra volleyball system. The Cobra has been incredibly reliable and durable. We love the fact that it doesn't have guy-wires. Another thing we love is whether we use it on beach or grass doesn't make a difference. It plays great on both and with no sand kits on the beach.

Honestly, one of the absolute best purchases I’ve ever made in my life. Set up and take down are a breeze. I’ve had it for almost 5 years and it has made all our friends and our kids friends “volleyball enthusiasts”. We wrap volleyball around a pool party and cookout and it’s a noon till dark day outside. I have my court corners marked in the grass with some orange paint so putting down and taking up the yellow rope is easy as well. Corners are looped on rope too. We wouldn't use any other volleyball net but Cobra! We have a summer camp and 600 kids every year play only on Cobras. We've had our systems so long I can't remember when we bought them, but out of our 12 Cobras we need only 2 replacement nets. That must be a record of some kind. The Cobra is the easiest volleyball net to set up. We never have to worry about the kids getting hurt like with other volleyball equipment.
