The customer service was great as they did everything to accomodate us. Product shipped quickly and arrived in Canada in about 2 days. Once we set it up, we realized that due to soil being wet, the net got loose pretty quickly. I tried nailing the in-ground stake deeper, which helped but I can see that being a problem with soft ground/sand. All the parts, including the net are top notch quality and we'll be looking forward to lots of fun this summer in using the Cobra Volleyball Net System.

This product is definitely built solid, I was quite impressed with the components and the system as a whole. I did have to adjust the distance between poles until I got it just right, but that was a quick fix. Nice product that the family & friends have been enjoying so far.

Very nice product! Couldnt give 5 stars because we have only had it for a short period of time. Perfect for what our use is - practice net with a quick and easy set up. Really nice quality,nice parts. Well worth the money! I didn’t feel like spending $800+ to practice on something that is almost permanent. This completely fits the bill!

Awesome net! Really is quite quick to set up by yourself once you know how. Easily able to hammer in ground with 8lb sledge hammer as recommended by other users. No wires allows you to play more freely.

This is a great net to set up. Leading to more time playing, less time setting up! Would benefit from: - better lower net tension ropes - some mechanism to more easily remove the stakes when hammered into hard soil
