An hour after placing my order for a gift (on the weekend), I received a phone call to ask whether I had reversed my billing and mailing addresses. I confirmed that I had indeed made an error; I was told the error would be corrected, an email confirming the correction would be sent out, and that my order would arrive by the date I had requested. classicpersonalizedgifts.com followed through on all counts.
