The order was shipped quickly and moved through the postal system as it should. However, when it reached Okla City, I live 30 miles from OKC, it was then shipped to Nashville, TN. After spending time in Nashville it was sent to Memphis where it rested for awhile. It finally was delivered to me in a very ragged box that had been re-taped many times. As a credit to how it was packed, the contents were in great shape. Circupool did a great job from start to finish, it was the US Postal Service who dropped the ball.
