Doesn’t have a pen style clip, like I thought it would (my fault really as it doesn’t have one in the product picture). If that is important to you, Chinook Medical also sells the ARS decompression needles as well. But if your medical kit or pouch has appropriate accommodations, like elastic loops or pen sleeves, it should fit just fine.

I bought this stethoscope because, like most of us I bet, Tinitis makes auscultation slightly more of a challenge for me. This stethoscope produces a great sound for breath sounds and heart tones.
