I live way out and not only did my phone drop my calls before which really sucked during phone s.e.x, I couldn’t ever drop my load trying to surf for p.o.r.n on my phone. Cord came out. I didn’t pull on it; after installing, I picked it up to wash my car (without pulling) and the cord (with solder) came out of the antenna. I did push it back in but I’m not sure if it’s working now. Lol.

We live in an extremely rural area of Iowa with no cell tower near and live in a metal shop house. We had no service and couldn’t even receive/send phone calls or basic text messages without going outside. We installed this kit and placed the antenna approximately 35’ on our tv antenna tower structure and instantly had full bars of 4glte service once we had it all hooked up. If you’re skeptical of these booster kits and have been told otherwise by people that they don’t work like I was at first do yourself a favor and don’t listen to them like I did. I purchased the WeBoost with the standard "desk top" antenna. I had to practically be touching the antenna to get it to work so I purchased this "upgraded" panel antenna. Now I can be almost two feet away and it works, but, the signal is less consistent. Really??!!

If outside signal is very weak, the coverage area provided by interior antenna would be minimal as seems to be in your case. Please contact us or try to point outside antenna more accurately towards nearest cell tower to improve reception outside and consequently indoors around interior antenna. Sorry for inconvenience.

This was an upgrade from the standard desktop antenna that comes with the WeBoost because I had to practically be touching the standard antenna. This "upgraded" panel antenna is less consistent with it's signal and you can only move a few more feet away before you loose it as well. I'm hoping to get my money back.
