Unable to boost signal as described for the product. Customer support via email has tried to assist, but all suggestions have failed.

Sorry, this product has now been discontinued because it required good signal outside to bring that good signal indoors. Therefore it only worked for those situations whereby calls could be made outside the house but not inside. Please try one of our other products with powerful exterior antenna unlike the window antenna provided with this discontinued unit. Sorry for inconvenience.
