I eventually figured out: I needed to check which shipping method even though it was listed in the order summary. You may want to add "Please select below" above shipping method options. The product received may help me get a more reliable signal. I hope so.

Works great on my camper . Where I was only getting one to maybe two bars an sometimes none . Now I always get at least two bars an never lose signal an at many times depending on if I'm sitting on my bed or sitting in the kitchen I can get three to four bars . An I can listen to music without losing signal for hours with no problem . Plus I even watched the whole Darlington Nascar race from the standard YouTube app an it never stopped to refresh an the video quality didn't change constantly from 720 p to 480 I the video quality an audio stayed constantly accurate an clear . Plus I can make clear calls an even video calling without worrying about a poor signal . Thank you for providing a great product at a great deal . That actually does it job in working like it is suppose to . I'm looking forward in the future to buy 3 more . One more for myself an two for a friend of mine who never has great signal in his home . Which will even make him feel better than having to hold the phone upto the ceiling to get a call to go thru when he's calling . I love it money well spent . I have truly tested this product an I have even played online games on my cell better now when I couldn't even log in to them before because of the weak signal . Always remember clean the glass more the twice to have Crystal clean glass an that you do not have any objects in front of the windows that will interfere with the antenna signals an also download open signal from the app store so you truly know what direction your signal is coming from . So you will know what window on which side of the house or camper or what ever you live in will be your best location to pick up the signal an be able to boost it properly thru your home . There's improvement of signal in my phone but it is very slight. This is a cheap antenna so I guess you get what you pay.

It is hard to tell if it works because I bought it just a few days ago and cell phone has been working fine (I get incoming calls as usual and no dropped calls thus far). I like its appearance on my car for sure, though. Thanks.
