I spoke with Heidi Epling on 3/8/22. She was very helpful, kind, courteous and handled my issue in a businesslike manner. I went online to pay my husband's bond and shortly after I received a phone call from Heidi informing me that his license is expired. I had no idea, I usually receive a renewal in the mail, but we recently moved and even though I submitted a change of address, we never received it.
Anyhow, I can't express how happy I was that she took the time to inform us of this and also sent a link so that we could renew his license. Thank you Heidi!

The Gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable with his job. He was swift to find the solution I needed. Very unfortunate that we have given continued business to your company for at least 15 years. But at the unexpected death of my husband, even after I notified your company of my husband's passing on October 17th, 2021. You continued to withdraw the monthly payment.
