I called this morning to have an additionally Insured Certificate for the previous year forwarded to a business partner.
It was assumed it could not be done. However, it is able to be done and your certificate Department promptly notified me by email and even formed the request on my behalf.

CCIS bonds helped me get my contractors bond. They kept mailing me flyers, and I thought it was junk, and a fly by night company. I was wrong. They are a solid company, with fast responses to my questions, and they take action. In today's world, customer service in all but lost, not with CCIS however, they are on top of it! As long as they stay this way, I will be a repeat customer.
