We have purchased this flag for years from Carrot Top. We tried once to buy a different flag from a different company and it barely lasted a month, and so we will never buy a flag from anywhere else. We actually usually buy the 3'X5', but I accidentally ordered the 4'X6' and I received a call from Emily who wanted to confirm the order since we usually ordered the other size. She corrected the order for me and we received the correct product quickly and efficiently as always. Thanks!

With the exception of the FL State flag we were very happy with the products we purchased. The FL flag was red and pink due to color bleed. We had to take pictures to prove our point. This is not good customer service. After 4 flags with the same problem, Carrot-Top should not have made the customer feel that they did not know the difference between white and pink (color bleed). There should have been no questioning on the problem, just return and replace - BUT be sure the replace was correct not the same problem. I am hoping this was a one time problem as I have bought many times and never had this happen before.
