The wooden pole is fine however there was no way to attach the flag. The spinning plastic rings that it came with did not have hooks. I had to order new rings from another source in order to attach my flag. Customer service was nice enough but offered no solution to the problem other than "it fits the grommets of our flags". It didn't fit the grommets of my flag which is a standard 3 x 5 and I don't see how that would allow it to spin and it caused the flag to get caught up around the pole until I sourced out different hooks

Need to call customer service to figure out how to make it spin? I wish it had instructions. Also, the wooden finish did not come with the hook, as the other five. I see it now on the site but missed that when ordering.
