So far so good but havent seen quality of cards yet!

The cards were even better looking than I expected. The font sizing part of the customization process was buggy and frustrating to use, but the example card and the final card I received were accurate to each other, so I got what I wanted. The ordering process was professional and efficient, and the website had what I wanted and was easy to use.

Easy to do. Once I got a reply everything went great. Ren did the design on the inside & it was wonderful. I loved the ideas he had. Wonderful work.

Your promotion states that shipping is free if ordered in the month of August. Why am I still being charged for shipping?

I know that I approved the return address with the following:
New jersey

My error that there is a small letter 'j'.

However I would have hoped that someone would have picked it up on your end and corrected it. I did not contact customer service because it was my error but disappointed.

The hardest part about ordering is selecting the design. There are so many beautiful designs to chose from. I am happy that we can use a quality greeting card and that 20% goes to our favorite charity, Children's Hospital Network. Win-win.
