I could not load my photo despite numerous attempts over several weeks. I finally reached out to customer service because I needed the standee in 5 days. They got right back to me and were helpful in determining the reason I could not load the photo. I finally was able to order. I thought I had time because of the advertisement of quick shipping. To get my standee on time however, it is costing almost as much as the standee to ship.
