The words are very blurry and hard to read. I can’t use the product and had to go to FedEx to get something that is readable. The product from CanvasChamp is un-usable and I would like a refund.

The lyrics came out crooked on the picture and the canvas was if someone just glued a picture down to particle board it had black tape holding it on the cardboard, looked as if it was just thrown together, the words were so small and hard to read as well. When looking at the website it makes you believe that the canvas is like a normal canvas with a wooden frame that it’s wrapped around, that is very different than what I received especially for the price I paid. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in this product. Will not be recommending your company.

I have 2 different canvases from this company so far, it will not hesitate to order more in the future. The ordering process is extremely easy. The communication from them is one of the best that I have ever experienced. The communication is clear and easy to understand, making it less stressful because it is a custom order. Both orders arrived prior to their estimated delivery date. I realize I didn't order during a holiday season, but we are still dealing with the pandemic which has impacted mail. I really could not be more happy with my experience and final product

I liked how customer service gave quick support to update Lyric "Font" during the draft stage, although it would have been easier to select Font up front by seeing it transposed on picture during creation stage. I like that it's light weight and well packaged. Had a few color smears on grid patterns but not ruined. Wish the frame brackets were lower on frame sides, so a wire-hanging system would allow upper frame to cover wall nail-support. Overall it looks great.

I like the features of the website. I wish there was an example picture to see how the "Lyrics" will look on the canvas I selected. And there was a $5 offer in my email CART5OFF, to enter upon checkout, but there was no Code options to select when i got to credit card payment (disappointed). Great customer service when i needed an update to the Lyric Font, after i could see it on draft stage.

I was disappointed in how the lettering showed up on the canvas. Was difficult to read. I've ordered a lot of canvases from here....first time with wording...don't think I would do it again.
