Very cheap, but good quality and my mother loved it when I gave it to her on Mother's Day. She said it had all her favorite old pictures.

!t did NOT have the heart handle and it was much smaller than what I ordered! I'm very disappointed as this was a gift for my sons wedding!

This was the worst experience of online shopping I've ever had. I am shocked that you would send me a survey. You NEVER shipped my items!!!! I am so upset. I had to reorder them from a different company and they may not arrive in time for christmas. I was lied to by your customer service rep- if you can even call it customer service. I don't know how you are still in business. This is the WORST company I have every done business with!!!

the product is great but the phone call I had with someone with an Indian accent wasn't so satisfying. I was having trouble with the ordering/discount to work and this man told me to " use a different browser". I haven't gone back since.

Very easy to use, prices fair, will update review after products are received but so far so good! Update -Mug was good and on time, Metal print was very disappointing. Colors were way of in addition it arrived damaged. The packaging was subpar for the distance that it had to travel. When contacting customer service regarding the damaged metal print it really was not an easy process and then took almost a month to receive a refund. Also this item was to be a gift so I would have rather had a that I ordered reproduced and shipped properly versus getting money back. Was not refunded shipping only the price of the item. Also to note I had to send multiple photos and emails before the refund was issued I get that, but it was as if the person I spoke to did not believe me. I also feel the company is setting itself up for damaged items as this particular Metal Print was produced in India. Metal prints or quite fragile so poor packaging in addition to all the handling is a bad mix. Had I known that they were being outsourced from that distance I would not have ordered from them due to the likelihood of handling problems, although I did not anticipate the poor quality of the print itself. Overall very disappointing, sad because my initial contact, ease of use of the site and pricing was good but not worth the hassle at this point.
