While I love the price and product, it did arrive damaged, after a very difficult delivery process. One of the corners is split, and the lamination appears to be coming off on the top. The delivery was a huge hassle, as it arrived while we were out of state. Then, FedEx told us that due to shipping instructions, it was impossible to reroute the package to an easy pick-up location. Overall, delivery took much longer than expected, the product was much harder to acquire in the end, and the product was damaged. However, it is a nice piece and the price was wonderful.

We ordered this product to test if this site was good. The printing is decent but appears to be delaminating near the top. The packing seemed good but one corner is damaged. The shipping was fine, given the distance but then we ran into difficulties trying to deal with FedEx. Overall, we're not terribly satisfied but are hoping that the next one is a success! We will be using this site again, and hopefully getting better results.

First order. Arrived damaged We wait to see how the replacement one looks when I finally get it. The 2nd one did arrive, packaged similar to the 1st one. This did result in a small amount of damage due to insufficient protection during shipping. The damage was slight enough to be acceptable.

Quick and easy. However with the quality of the sign I received, I think it should be redone so that the product is not fuzzy and more clear.

The finish was high gloss. You could not see any metal through the image. The framing around the collage was white. There was nothing installed on the print to help you hang it. The images bleed into the white framing. Not good enough to resell. Ok for a kids wall.

My last two orders have not been good. Poor quality control. The packing looks well on the surface. The foam actually left texture on the metal print. The ink bled into the white framing. I let this slide and placed a canvas order. More quality issues. Previously my orders have been good. The last two were bad.

I had a nice, high resolution, photograph I wanted to print as large as possible (2 feet by 3) I was very pleased with the result especially for such a low price. It took a couple of weeks to arrive and the glue on the back had run and was a bit messy (though not normally visible) otherwise I'd have given it 5 stars.

The only complaint I have, is that the website would not accept the code for a free 8x8 canvas print so I was not able to utilize that offer. I emailed Canvas Champ about it, but did not receive a response.
