Hexagons look great, but one of the two I ordered came with warped frame, does not lay flat against wall.

ALWAYS BUY MY CANVAS HERE, GREAT QUALITY FOR A SMALL PRICE. I love the sizes I can choose from. The quality is great. It usually doesn't take to long to deliver. I've been buying my canvas here for years. No better spot for great price for the size of them.

The canvas photo prints were a decent quality, neither wonderful nor terrible. I am giving a lower score because I had problems with all 3 orders I placed. One time I ordered 6 photos. They sent 2 copies of one photo and one was missing. The other two times I ordered they charged me the wrong amount. Their payment system would not accept their own discount codes, so after I took the time to complete the order with a 'buy one get one free' I was stuck paying twice what I expected or cancelling and starting over. One other criticism that will only bother professionals: their crop tool is hard to use and not super adequate, so you're better off cropping in Photoshop or Lightroom etc before uploading.

Site difficult to use. Hard to align crop exactly. Coupon codes confusing. Too many spam emails. If the prints are good I may return. But you haven't given me much incentive yet.

Good product. Beautifully crafted. Only issue is the wrapping of the canvas around the frame completely ruins the image of the specific product I ordered. I wish I could’ve known earlier that if I call I can have more options than originally mentioned on the computer or mobile device. Shopping on this site I’m the future may be possible.

Easy to use and liked the experience overall on the site but unfortunately some services are only available through the phone. And I needed to know about those before placing my order. I wish the site mentioned these other services and features at least. As well as having postal service take proper care of your package! That last bit shouldn't be optional! I felt obligated to get a replacement on my package when I was told that I can only get 20% refund after my first package was delivered as a complete wreck.

I was very excited to get these 7 hexagon canvas prints. I even uploaded all DSLR camera pictures for better quality prints. But the prints that I received were not that great. I have purchased other canvas prints before from this website and they were really nice. This time it was disappointing. I especially recommended this website to my friends to get custom photos but I afraid I have to tell them not to get any Hexagone prints from here. Moreover, all canvas prints were poorly packaged and ship to my place. 3 prints were torn in a couple of corners. I mean if I'm paying this much money to buy your products then you should at least add some padding around the corners.

The quality does not match price. We ordered a set of 4 and one hexagon was off in its shape/measurements. They were supposed to be gallery wraps, but most still have a thin white line around the edges closest to the wall. Some of the frames are also not flush to the wall. They wobble when pushed on. These do not seem worth the $70 we paid.

We were supposed to receive these by December 31st, but they arrived on January 4th. Our larger 16x20 regular prints turned out great, but we have some issues with the hexagon prints. They are unique, but not worth the price as there seem to be more imperfections- shape off, white lines around edges of gallery wrap, wobbly frames. Seems like they may need more time to get these perfected.

I got these Hexagonal pictures for my grandson as a part of his Senior Pictures that I took for him at a local park. He was delighted with the pics and his father immediately hung them in their living room. I was especially impressed with the quick turnaround for the pictures.

Pictures were AMAZING!! Delivery time for this order was approx. less than 2 weeks if I recall, and was way shorter than my previous orders, which were mainly due to delays because of COVID-19.
