One of the things I didn't like was the editor. It wouldn't let me do plain text over a black background, so I had to download a black ong and stick it on the mug. Other then that, it was ok . A lot of frustration through.

All I wanted was a black mug with white text. Instead, I spend 20 minutes figuring out that I need a photo. So I went to Google and downloaded a complete plack desktop background and added it with the white text above it. I hated that.

The present made my brother happy, so mission accomplished. I however think there is room for improvement regarding the limited and somewhat outdated online tools to design the canvas.

After running it through the dishwasher one, it already started peeling. Now, most is gone. Terrible quality because it can't withstand a dishwasher wash. I've had a magic mug that I purchased 3 years ago from another vendor, and it's only this year that it started peeling (and even that was only a little) , which was why I wanted to get another one. This one from here was terrible.

I have ordered 2 heat reveal mugs. The product was delivered 5 days later than they have said, but not a big deal because it was undamaged and well printed. Everything was just like I ordered. Was happy with the results.
