I was really excited to receive and open my photo and then hang it up in my living room (see photo)! A couple of weeks later, I still stop and look at it, the vivid colors and shapes just pop as a metal print! There was a minor spot on one edge that had missed the coloration, but I was able to use a black permanent marker to touch it up!

Unlike my previous experience, the metal prints produced had over saturated colors and some items were out of focus. After many discussions with Canvas Champ (or their Chat Bot) I was able to get a full refund.

The metal prints I received were of an inferior quality, ie colors were over saturated and some prints were out of focus (original prints were color balanced and in focus).

the purchasing was easy, cheaper than a lot of sites i have ordered from before. the image is very shiney, not a problem for where we are hanging it but might be an issue if you have a lot of windows or lights where this is being displayed. edges of metal image are very sharp. i am not going to hang it above our bed or where our animals hang out. i dont want anyone getting hurt if it falls.

This metal print arrived on the day promised (8 days after my order). However, I was unhappy with the quality of the printing on the metal. The image was a collage of drawings and text, and all parts of the collage were not sharp. Drawings and text had fuzzy borders and some colors in the collage were not true to the original. I requested a refund and canvaschamp.com kindly obliged. I was pleased with their customer service and their understanding of my issues with the print.
