Print looked great! I ordered a unique size and they delivered. The metal hardware that I purchased however wasn’t shipped and when I contacted customer service they had me send 4 different irrelevant pictures of the print before they would help me and the whole process took aver a month.

I was disappointed that the image is not protected on the back. It can easily be scratched or otherwise damaged if not careful.

Customer service was friendly and courteous. I don't believe the individual was properly informed about the product construction. I was told the acrylic was printed on both sides and that clearly is not the case.

Dirty handprints and marks on the printed side, it is really noticeable in the light, so hopefully I can find a place to put it. Do not recommend.

*Update: received my items and am unhappy with the order and delivery time. I communicated with the company and they offered a refund, which I have yet to see. The people packaging the items should have clean hands and do their best to not scrape the printing. The prices seemed good compared to other online printing companies. We'll see when I get my items!
