The item came much faster than expected. It was very well made. The only problem was that I ordered the metal screws to go with the acrylic print to hang on the wall. When it got shipped I guess the screws were pushed up against the print (despite being wrapped up) and there is a small indent/scratch on the print. I can barely tell it's there and luckily it happened in a spot of the picture that's not too noticeable. Overall, I really like the print and the quality was good. I just wished the screws hadn't indented the print from where it was pushed up against it in the packaging.

Dust between image and acrylic. Image paper was not trimmed correctly. Color of image not representative of submission.

My wife and I love our photo. We didn't have a chance to pick our wedding photos for our album and needed something in the house. This was the perfect gift idea and I can't wait to order more!

The Colors looked very nice. However, there were fingerprints on the prints as well as air bubbles between the print and the acrylic. Also, the acrylic was cut jagged so the bottom of the image looks bad. Overall very bummed on the quality. Will not order again from this site.

There are bubbles visible in the acrylic print, and the image itself is scratched in many places along the edges, allowing the white background to show through. The edges have white paint on three sides and in some places on the front edge of acrylic - since this was ordered with hardware for hanging it wont be covered under a frame.

I was expecting the product to be made up of glass but it seems like a clear plastic. I ordered a 10X30 acrylic print and even added an extra layer of glass sheet to make it more sturdy and good looking but the frame sags down from the middle. It was a gift for my wife on her birthday and my expectations were too high but the product didn't live up to them. I mean, if you are spending $100+ on a picture frame, you expect it to be on a higher end as far as the quality is concerned. I also added the hanging hardware to the frame but to my surprise, they too look like cheaply made and used (may be) because my hands got dirty black when I opened them. One thing that I would like to point out is that I was really impressed with the way they packed the product. They used a wooden block to help protect it from damaging. I chose the express delivery and it was delivered the day they told me it would be delivered. So I applaud them for that. But other than that, I am not pleased with the quality. Sorry!

Overall disappointed with the print quality. This was an underwater ocean shot with primarily a fade of blues in the background of a sliver fish but the vertical inkjet stripes are distractingly obvious.

I sell my images professionally. The acrylic prints all have plastic residue on them, rendering the product useless to me. For the second time!
