Had issues with shipping. Your website should state no PO boxes, and the order shouldn't go through if entered. When I contacted your customer service, Ronnie G said it was up to me to contact UPS and wasn't helpful.

Good website, easy to use. I would have liked to see more photos of actual metal prints to compare. Like thickness how far the mounts push the photo off the wall. I also sent two emails but never received a response.

quick and easy-- You should have a magnifier to allow your customers to have a Close look at the print before it is actually ordered. Had this been available for the above picture, I would have chosen a different image.

very poor image.. You should notify people when they are making their canvas that the print being used does not have enough pixils. Ive had prints done at 3 different places and was always informed re pix. Disappointed..
