Product is fine, no issues. However, the processing take entirely too long and some of the customer service representatives have a condescending attitude & tone that telegraphs "they could care less"! Answers to specific questions can be vague, nonspecific and strictly policy driven. When a customer needs an important medicine asap that not acceptable.
