The lack of tracking created an element of distrust amongst our team members. If our business address was included in the mailing it would have been better- putting our minds at ease that the product hit mailboxes. Furthermore, the social marketing seemed like it was thrown together with a cloning tool. losing the effect of carefully selected imagery. We would've rathered the option to be given the dimensions needed and provide our own content.

Service was prompt and courteous. SnapMail was easy to use and we had 9 conversions so far out of 5600 pieces sent out - so this was definitely worth it for us.
We did receive a number of calls from different people at CanadaPost on different days who were trying to ensure things were going smoothly and who tried to add digital marketing to accompany our mailer campaign. I appreciate that they were so on the ball but it did feel like a bit too much at times. A couple of times it seemed like they were just calling to say hello :)

The delivery date was late and therefore one of the promotional events was not promoted in time and was very poorly attended as a result. We were given no refunds because we were told Canada Post does not guarantee delivery dates. This is a big problem when the point of a mailing is time sensitive.
