First of all thank you for choosing to order with CBP.
Following your review, we tried contacting you mutliple times to try to understand the situation better, but unfortunately we were never able tor each you.
To ensure a smooth user experience and fast page load time, category pages load the first 20 products only, but many of our categories contain hundreds of products. Instead of requiring you to manually click the "next page" button to load the next batch of products, this is done automatically once you reach the bottom got the product list. I suspect this behaviour is what you described in your review. For now, we feel this is still the best approach to loading the next set of products.
With regards to your order, I see that it was placed on the Sunday, dispatch on the Tuesday, and delivered to you on the Wednesday. I hope you're enjoying your new gear!

Your order was placed on the Sunday and dispatched on the Wednesday morning. As our shipping page shows, orders ship in 1-4 days, with more than 80% of orders shipping in 2 days or less. Upon being dispatched, I see that your package was sucessfully delivered to you a few days later.
We're always looking to improvement the shopping experience we offer, and this includes dispatching more orders faster. This is challenging because of the very large product catalog we offer with a great number of product variations. We will continue to aim to ship more orders out faster, and we will keep updating our shipping page accordingly so that it always reflects accurate processing times.
