I have tried three times to get customer service for assistance. I've asked questions and never gotten an answer. I received the camera with missing parts and so far all I've gotten is this survey. Next step is a Paypal complaint and a BBB complaint.

Sorry but the Nikon zoom lense is not compatible with my Nikon camera and I had sent it back to you for refund. It will arrive on Tues the 8th.
Delivery was fine but I might recommend you put model compatibility in your descriptions of your products. Had you marked it as a gift I likely wouldn't have paid so much duty to customs. Appreciate your timely service.
