My order was shipped directly from Q nap even though I bought it from your company so no one from your company had any communications with me at all until I called them and then they let me know my item had been shipped and gave me the tracking number. It would be nice if this procedure was changed so that no matter where it was shipped from the customer would always be informed.

This is my second high-end NAS from CaliforniaPC, and this recent transaction was as professionally handled as was the first. When I contacted Scott, about my interest in the unit (which is very much in demand, and therefore scarce), he and his colleagues were very determined to get it to me. And they did. It was delivered to me on the very next day. They even handled questions I had about the specifications by interacting with the manufacturer on my behalf. My second experience with them will absolutely make way for a third.

Sales rep went out of his way to resolve an availability issue. I was pleasantly surprised, because it has been my experience that online stores would not go to such lengths to make sure that the customer's concerns are taken are off.
I would like to applaud your team. My only regret is that your product catalog is not extensive enough. For example HDD , other computer peripherals that I had to purchase elsewhere.

I was amazed at the customer service and response time helping me to get a product delivered to a friend staying in a hotel in the US. After finally deciding on a special 60th birthday gift I had resigned to the fact that it would probably be late and I would have to print a picture of it to put in a card. The staff at CaliforniaPC surprised me by answering my emails way after normal shop hours (I live in Australia) which essentially led to the item getting delivered in record time - so appreciative of the extra mile they went for me - thankyou :)

It's nice to converse with a real and friendly person, which is not always the case with a blip in an online order. In my case, I spoke to a representative of californiapc(Joe) and he walked me through what can be done to correct the error. Not only did we come to a solution, but he followed through with it and I received my part asap. It's nice to see that there are still companies/people out there willing to take the time to help out.

In 2014 I purchased a foldable solar panel. As luck would have it, I only got around to installation a year later. Despite that, Scott tirelessly and effectively worked with me and the manuf. to ensure the product satisfied my needs. After researching the website I found exactly what I had been looking for.
