Hi! I love your chocolate. When I visited Costa Rica, I picked some up and fell in love with your products. This was my first time ordering it to my door and all my chocolate arrived MELTED! Both bags of chocolate covered bananas and pineapple turned into large chocolate balls, I have to shave it down with a knife. My sample pack is at least easier to digest but everything was melted.... Only thing that arrived okay was the coffee. I'm disappointed because while I LOVE your chocolate, I run the risk of buying ruined chocolate. I'd be weary to ever buy it again or send it as a gift cause this ball of chocolate is super disappointing. I can't even bite into it. The coffee is wonderful though. Thank you!
