You forgot to include them in the original shipping. I had to text you to inquire after the rotors and sensor was delivered. You said delivered and I had to reemphasize not all the parts arrived. Then you texted that they shipped, but what you actually did was just create the label for shipping. I'm still waiting for them to be delivered

The ordering process was very good, with helpful people on the phone. The delivery process was really poor. I ordered on a Tuesday, with a projected delivery of Friday. The pads showed up the following Tuesday and as of today, when I was sent this survey, the soonest the rotors would arrive is tomorrow, Thursday. I was originally planning to change the brakes out last weekend, now I don't know if I'll be able to do it this weekend.
