If I had four thumbs it would be 4 thumbs up. When I called to purchase my new pizza dough roller I was told he had some units arriving that friday and Jeff would have them shipped out right away on monday and the unit arrived just a few days after monday shipment. Totally satisified.

We needed a new fryer for our drive-in theater to finish out the season. We purchased an in-stock fryer on 10/8/21. On 10/17/21, the fryer would not stay lit. It had been used only 5 days for a total of 14 hours before it stopped working! I called Burkett on Monday, Oct 18. They gave me the manufacturer's phone number for warranty maintenance. I called that number and was given a different number to call for service in my area. Finally, the repair service arrived the next day. To my surprise, the repair vendor told me the fryer I purchased was 5-years old and no longer under warranty. What? Really?
Burkett customer service opened a "case" to investigate my situation. Within a couple days, I was told one of the options for resolution would include a "significant refund" and warranty. The next day, the "official" resolution options were sent via email and the "refund" offered by Burkett was only 10% of the purchase price and 90-days warranty. Because we are a seasonal business, the 90-day warranty was worthless to us. Ten percent refund was not "significant" and felt like a slap in the face.
We shall not be doing future business with Burkett -- not in a million years. I suggest you proceed with caution when considering purchasing products from Burkett.

We have been trying to get a hold of Felicia Siddiqui the last few weeks and she do not call. We have had a order in 6/25/2021. Every time we call they tells us they will check with the factory and we never get a call. My son send some infor over for a 3 comp steel sink and no one as call him. I have been using you for my needs when you was at the other building. Also I have been faithful to you and I paid my bills on time. Now you seem you do not want business. I can go do my business with a other company.

Ordered a commercial freezer from burkett and received excellent customer service. Order was shipped rapidly and everything was moving smoothly until it arrived at the tforce freight depot. I had paid for residential deliverly and dropgate. Tforce decided since I live on a dead end road, even though it is a paved 2 lane and my neighbor is a independent over the road trucker who regulary backs his truck with a sleeper and 53 foot trailer down it. that they would not deliever and wanted me to come to the intersection to get it. After Burkett tried to solve the problem, they refunded all my money without any problem. This is a company that I would do business with.
