My heat pump and air handler arrived and the air handler was badly dented. It was cosmetic damage and I accepted it. Once the heat pump was installed, it became apparent the fan blade was bent and created a lot of vibration. My installer had advised me that this will eventually ruin the fan motor. I called the warranty department at Budget Heating and Air and spoke with Larry. I was advised that I would have to buy a replacement fan and pay for the shipping. The I would have to mail the defective fan back to Budget Heating and Air (and pay the shipping) and only then would the reimburse me for the cost of the fan.

got them then found out the electrical supply was bad . so I ordered the electrical supply and it came with a bulb but with an entirely different bulb hook up so I now have 3 bulbs 2 I ordered from you and the old one . they have different light hookups so I"m stuck with bulbs I can"t use.If you know anyone that can use these let me know

Cost of remote was on the high side. I could have purchased for about $15.00 less, but I would had to wait 2+ weeks. Too many employees involved in the transaction, I dealt with 7 different ones.
