Recently purchased a Mitsubishi mini split , I'm happy about the price but disappointed in the delivery . I paid for power tailgate delivery to my home . I get a call from the shipper the day of delivery saying he's on his way but can't deliver to my house ! I ended up driving 15 miles each way to meet the driver at a public place to do the " delivery " . I contacted the seller by email asking for a refund of the shipping . Haven't heard anything back . Not happy about that .

Received my order in the mail. The down side is that 1/2 of my order was bent and damaged. Had to go to shop shop and pick up new ones with no shipping cost refunded.

So far Budget A/C has not matched competitor's price for identical system as they state that they will, nor have they even responded to me after I sent them the competitor's listing they requested (for same product at over $200 less)

Vary vary Disappointed in unit (slight scratch and dent) it cost me over $750 dollars to get it repaired broken coil a whole list of things I took pictures and have a repair bill! So when it is all said and done I paid more for a scratch and dent unit then I could of a regular unit! Sincerely Thomas Glass 615 4241257

I sat int the office with Fred, went over everything I needed and all the prices, {I thought}, until after I paid the bill and saw they snuck in a shipping and handling fee by the way was never mentioned in the total for $39.00 for wheeling the unit outside what a rip off Maybee publix should add a shipping and handling charge to all their groceries for getting them delivered to their store and having to put them up on the shelves
