I had a bad control board, according to the code it was giving me. This took over two months to sort out. My tenant was having to use small heaters in the house causing her electric bill to double, i had to pay 1/2 of her bill to keep her happy. This process needs to be improved.

The replacement unit is dead on arrival. The first unit only lasted a month, but the replacement just received doesn't even work right out of the box.

The problem is with the RGF product, Budget Heating and Air Conditioning has been very helpful and they shipped the replacement unit in about a week. The replacement unit is unfortunately defective right out of the box. It doesn't work. These air purifiers are of poor quality and expensive.

I recently thought I would try an online vendor thinking I would get better service and pricing! I would tell anyone that getting something fot a few dollars less is not airways rage best way! I have tried to get a simple thermostat replaced under warranty and could not get this completed. Now it is about a break even cost when I have a simple part like this and no response.
