We bought this to replace one that was 15-years-old, rusty and a little banged up. Fit perfectly where the old one came out, and looks so much better. The only aspect that kept it from getting a fifth star is that the latches just don't "feel" like they're secure and fully engaged, but seem to be doing the job just fine. We selected picking up the part from Budget Heating and Air, and the whole process couldn't have been smoother. A pleasure to work with.

The website was easy to navigate to find what we were looking for. We opted to pick up our item from Budget's store/warehouse instead of having it shipped. The customer service was excellent, and the whole process went quickly and efficiently. It's great to have a supplier that works with the do-it-yourselfer!
