Hi Kevin,
Thank you for your purchase and review. We want to address the copper lines. If these are in unused and new condition (i.e. not unrolled) we will accept the return and issue you a refund and waive our restocking fee due to your dissatisfaction. However all of our copper is purchased from an HVAC supplier and they are rated for HVAC use and sold/installed everyday with no issues. We respectfully disagree with your assessment of them being poor quality and thin, however we want you to be ultimately happy so we will accept the return. Please mail back to 6217 Anderson Rd. The line set was about five feet shorter than the 25' ordered. The suction line was about 19'6" and the liquid line about 19'

The installer complained about the foams and the copper line set are separating so it took him a lot of time to put them together.
