I would have been disappointed with the service had it not been for Jeff Astor providing a quick answer to a VERY important rollover question. I called the customer service line and was told only one person could answer my question and would be out for holiday until the middle of the following week. I emailed Jeff and he provided me the information I needed to proceed with getting my rollover initiated. Thank you, Jeff.

I think that for my type of account, a timeline with more specific events and who is actually responsible for each action would have been helpful. Also, possibly adding a single point of contact for questions would bge helpful to future customers.
