Purchased this ball and really love it. It's a 12 pounder, whereas I went from a 16 to a 14 and now this 12 lb. It's not as powerful, but it will do the job if you hit the pins in the right place. That I have to get adjusted to. Reason I went to a 12 lb ball, 4 spine, knee, and hip surgeries. I have more control with this ball, and when it hits the pins it will react. Highly recommended.

The experience was great, the size I ordered for my son was no longer available, they could have just canceled the order, but they reached out to me to let me know the shoe runs big, and that they had an 11 1/2 that would probably fit him. I went for it, and the bowling shoes fit perfectly. He says they are the best bowling shoe he has ever had. So glad I made this purchase. Customer Services is top notch. I will definitely buy from this company again.
