I had booked a hotel and within 10 minutes our plans had changed and needed to cancel. 10 minutes! 10 minutes later I called to cancel my reservation and ended up speaking to someone who wasn't very helpful and all I could understand was that I was going to be charged one nights hotel rate plus taxes and fees to cancel. 10 minutes! So, basically out of the $580 that i spent on the reservation I might get back a little over $300. Plus, its going to take 10 business days to receive my refund. The whole ordeal was ridiculous. How can you justify 100's of dollars for 10 minutes?????

I booked this room thinking that it was near the funeral home where my aunt's funeral will take place. I was mistaken. I am appalled that I cannot receive a refund for a mistaken booking for a funeral.

At the same time I got an email about a booking I didn't do I got an email telling me it was canceled. Called the number in the email. Not willing to help. Oh and charged my card 3 times I got one back but was told I'd receive an email in 24-48 hrs and still no email. Worst experience of my life. Paid way over the cost and was charged 3 times. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

I booked my fully refundable reservation and got my dates a week off. When I tried to cancel and re-book, they told me that wasn't a good enough reason to cancel, after I had already been assured I could rebook and that my reservation was fully refundable. They are trying to keep over $800 from me.
