The shipping charges were a bit excessive for the size of product but I understand the distance was a factor. Half of that charge would have been more appropriate and favorable for a return customer. Thx

I liked the tree I saw on the site however, not much of a selection. Upon receipt of the tree, 1 6' branch & 1 3' branch were torn off tree. The main tree still looks nice - but the 2 small missing branches make the tree look lopsided.
