It's been good but hard to keep choosing bowls that I am informed have sold. I caught on and quickly made my decision so another wouldn't be gone. I haven't researched what actually comes with my order, so, I may come back to find anything not included... I'm just happy I was able to buy two beautiful bowls, I'm excited!!

Excellent overall experience. However, right after ordering, I realized I had not specified the cushion color, so I wrote a couple emails but I never got any confirmation/answer. However, I did get the plum cushion that I had requested with the bowl. One thing though, the invoice says there should be a how-to-use information sheet included, and there was none, but I did go to the site and watch the video, so I'm on my way! Thanks.
