I decided to do a bobble head of me right now after the weight-loss and this company really exceeded my expectations in every single way possible! The Bobblehead just arrived today and it looks exactly like the picture I sent them and the quality is unbelievable! From my first phone call inquiring about their services until my doorbell rang today and I received my Bobblehead the customer service was unbelievable! My personal customer service rep was Kim Brown. She worked with me throughout the process via phone and emails to make sure the bobble head was as awesome as it could possibly be! She gave me the best customer service experience I have ever encountered in my entire life working with any company!! She made me feel like I was part of the family! I can't wait to do more business with bobble heads.com! They have a customer for life!

I collect what I consider to be 'male, iconic figures' in the form of bobbleheads. The last two that I purchased were Nicola Tesla and Edgar Allen Poe. The quality is just what I want - solid resin body, crisp paint lines and easily recognizable characters.

I found the staff very helpful in designing my husbands Bobblehead, down to the smallest detail. I liked being able to review the process as we went also. I turned out great, and he loves it. Because it was custom I bought 3! And they all have a special place. Thanks for all the advice and support.
