Excellent instructions and videos on measuring, ordering, and mounting. Fast manufacturing and shipping. Excellent product. Mounting shutters for three windows (16' total length) took me about 8 hours (and I was very slow and careful).

I'm very pleased with the quality, shipping (packaging was excellent), and timely manner that the product was received. The instructions to hang the shutters could be better, but we figured it out eventually.

They're beautiful, however, difficult to install because panels were warped (curved). Two of the four panels were worse than the other two. My husband (a life long contractor) spent hours trying to adjust so the gaps between panels were not so noticeable.

Can’t speak to the quality of the product as I have not received my order as of today (1/04/2020). Service / timely delivery is horrible! Ordered on 12/7/2019 for a Christmas gift. As of today, have still not received order.

I work for one of the home improvement stores and they will not sell custom plantation shutters without them installing them. I may not be the brightest bulb on the Christmas tree but after watching the installation video online I feel confident I can handle this project.

We purchased 2 sets of shutters about 6 months ago. We were so pleased with theses shutters that we purchased 2. The shutters were cut to our exact measurements. They were so easy To assemble. The quality of the product is outstanding. We will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

This is my second order. First order was 2 sets of Plantation shutters. very easy ordering process. Very easy web-site. Shutters arrived faster then promised. The quality of the shutters and workmanship was higher then our expectations.Easy instructions and installation. We just ordered 2 more sets. Beautiful shutters, well packed for shipping, arrived in great shape. My wife was thrilled with them. The only suggestion I have is to include longer screws for the light strips, they didn't hold on sheet rocked window sills and two predrilled holes for a sixty inch wide window wasn't enough.
