Contacted them about the bike- when I received it there was a big scratch on the back fender and also scratches near the handle bars
The person sent me an email back saying I could use a black sharpie to cover them up? At that point i was super upset- NO- you can send me a new part. Apparently this will take 2-3 weeks because parts are on back order. When you buy something new -you expect it to be in good shape. If it's not either the supplier sends you a new one or replaces the part- plain and simple- not use a sharpie?!!!

Quick response to inquiries. The bike was the wrong color when I received it. I contacted BikeBerry and their customer service department is working on sending me the correct bike. I sent the wrong bike back and am waiting for shipping confirmation on the correct bike. The mistake wasn't really anyone's fault at BikeBerry, the colors were a little switched up on their website and I hope they are making the proper corrections. In all I think the company is doing the best they can to make the situation right. They even offered some tempting alternatives. I've read nightmare stories where some ebike companies never communicate back to the customers, but BikeBerry has been right on it through email, messenger, and phone calls. I will probably write another review when I get my new bike.
