Great product that does everything it says on the tin. Same quality as the Sony branded one the only difference is it is far cheaper! That's only if you are actually able to get a Sony branded one, they are few and far between.

My only thought about Better Batt's products and services that is negative, is that the product images are generic and inaccurate at times. At the point of ordering I am worried the product will not suit my equipment. The generic photos of "wall and car charger" often show incorrect plug ends, which, if I didn't know Better Batt's products and services were so good, would put me off ordering. An example - I have just ordered a DC (car) charger from Better Batt for my macbook. There is definitely no suitable plug shown in the image. I was tempted to buy elsewhere, as there are many cheaper macbook DC chargers on the net with accurate images (unusual for Better Batt to have a higher price). Only my experience of Better Batt's products always being good (I have bought quite a few camera chargers and batteries for myself and friends through Better Batt, and they have all been excellent) made me order again here. Last of all - is the delivery quick like they say? Yes. I am still waiting for a camera lens from another company. In that time two Better Batt orders have been ordered and have arrived.
