If you are the person who wants a really intense or really quick detox, this sauna is it. It is the hottest sauna I have ever used-and Ive tried dozens, plus owned 2 cabin saunas. I am that person you know who is ALWAYS cold, and prefers the thermostat in the 80s and the weather in the 90s. Most saunas I don’t even start sweating until after the first HOUR, and takes me multiple hours for a full detox. In this sauna I start sweating after 5 minutes and by 30 minutes I am dripping. I feel great after a long session. For those people who are more warm-blooded, you just need to stay in the sauna for a shorter period of time, or at a lower temperature. I keep the temp at the hottest-170* but it goes down to 125/130. And the timer starts at 10minutes, and goes up to 90 minutes. You can also point a fan at your face while inside if you want to stay inside longer but feel overheated. While I’m in there, I usually read a book, listen to an audiobook, or watch something on my iPad. If you desire a sauna for health benefits, for mold/heavy metal detox/Lyme, anti-aging or anything, this is an excellent choice. It takes up a small space in your home, can be folded up (it’s still large but not as big as the full thing) if you need to travel with it, as works quickly and fast. I have not verified the claims of low-EMF put forward by the company, I have relied on their info alone, but assuming it’s true, the sauna is super low EMF and safe.
