Assembly was made confusing with contradictions between the installation manual and a flyer regarding the casters. Also, washers were needed for the casters but not provided. At present, the kegerator is not cooling to it's set temperature. When set to it's lowest setting of 28 F, it cools to only 33 F. This is a concern about which I intend to follow up with Beer Meister Having said that, it is a nice looking unit..

I had ordered some grain and hops that was either out of stock or no longer available. I called in and they helped me get what I needed and refunded the price difference. Vary knowledgable about products and brewing techniques!! I live close by so I recieved my items the day after they shipped.
