This furniture is BIG so make sure you have the space for it. It’s beautiful but I do already have a drawer that’s working improperly.

I didn't buy 1 complete set, I bought 2. Enough said. That should explain all you need to know. Oh ya, did I mention how awesome this company is to deal with? They constantly keep you updated on delivery, status, etc. The sales people are not only friendly and courteous, they are REACHABLE by phone allllll the time. I'm going back for more furniture and I've sent more referrals. xoxoxox

Everything went together great. Comfortable and looks great. Was packaged very well and was easy to assemble. Highly reccomend.

From start to finish it was great. The only hiccup was on the initial delivery. There was a mix up on the delivery trailer, but the driver wa honest and stayed in tough and we worked out the delivery which was find. Logistics was good and customer service was extremely helpful.

Love this table. Was concerned buying online, but this table is extremely sturdy with lots of space. We are really glad we purchased this. Couldn't believe the great price for a great piece of furniture. Better have help picking it up and turning it over when assembling.

I have shopped for months for this exact set of furniture & happened to come across this website just as I was about to order it for DouBLe the PRiCe from a store!!!! I have know I want these and knew we would love them AND we do!!!! I am very pleased with the experience I had with this company. The pricing was the best I could find for the pieces I was looking for. Delivery took about 6 weeks. The delivery people were very professional and they did a great job setting everything up and cleaning away the mess.

Product is great. Customer service is horrible. Delivery was promised in 4 weeks but took 8 weeks to arrive. We were offered refunds on shipping and protection plans as an offset for the late shipping and still haven't received them!

Delivery was 4 weeks later than promised. Customer service promised many things that they have not yet provided and are now rescinding. Multiple deadlines have been missed related to communications as well as promised refunds and protection plans.

One of the night stand drawers would not open and the delivery man took it back with him for replacement. We noticed about 15 min after they drove off, that both drawers at the end of the bed would not close. Thankfully my husband was able to take the rails off and realign them to make the drawers close. That shouldn't be something that he had to do considering the cost of the set. Also, the drawers don't close very smoothly on the dresser and chest. It is pretty to look at, but not the quality we were hoping for considering the price.

Longer then expected delivery time. It took a month and 1/2 to receive our items. The explanation for the delay was that the delivery company was checking for defects or damage, then when we got our items one of them had to be returned due to a non-operational drawer. Now we will see how long we wait for a replacement of that item. Not sure if we would order from them again or not.

Product came in with some spots on the chair fabric. Delivery is once every 10 days, so took a long time from purchase date.

Please watch your purchases I have been watching this item for months waiting to see if it would go on sale and I just saw where they have increased the regular price by over $1600.00 this is absolutely ridiculous

Your website advertises this table top as Platinum and/or Silver. It is neither. It is a muddy dirty sandy brown. After a THREE month wait, what a disappointment

I would only rate this 2 stars, but this company does not allow anything less than 3 stars. The description is gray tufted, it is BROWN. If you want to exchange or return this company charges tons of fees and penalties, shop elsewhere...like Wayfair..

This nightstand has so much more to offer than shown. The draws close softly and you can plug all your electronics on the back of the nightstand. No more battling with extensions to reach the closest outlet. Beautiful and functional. Love it.
