My experience with Bedroom Furniture discounts was excellent. The delivery on the products was delayed, but not for anything with the company's control. They communicated updates and provided options for different products that could have arrived sooner. All touch points with the company from picking out the product to the final delivery were a great example of great customer engagement and service.

I was skeptical about purchasing a furniture set online, however their great prices were worth the shot. I would definitely recommend Bedroom Furniture Discounts.com to anyone. The customer service I received from them was very impressive, they consistently kept me notified on the status of my order and were available if I had any questions. My furniture arrived timely and in perfect condition. The delivery team was very friendly and very efficient. They put everything together, made sure I looked over it thoroughly to ensure I was satisfied, then they cleaned up after themselves and took away all the boxes and so forth.

Was nervous about purchasing a furniture set online, however with the amount of money I was saving I figured I would give it a shot. First, I would like to say how impressed I was with the customer service I received from BedroomFurnitureDiscounts.com. They consistently kept me up to date on the status of my order and was available if I had any questions. My order arrived timely and in perfect condition. The delivery crew was very friendly and efficient. They put everything together, had me thoroughly inspect the furniture to ensure I was satisfied and nothing was wrong, then they cleaned up after themselves, took away all the trash. In the end, I saved a couple thousand dollars and got exactly what I wanted and had a great experience, so I am one very satisfied customer.

The table is solid and beautiful. We were disappointed that delivery took 8 weeks rather than the 4-6 weeks advertised. But it was worth the wait.

It shipped and arrived faster then we expected. I would give 5 stars except one of the small jewelry drawers seems to be not on the correct roller so it pushes and pulls very different and feels almost broken.

Very pleased with the furniture I wish it wasn’t discontinued because I may want more pieces down the road as my son grows. This is a nice bed. But it comes with only THREE (thin, wafer-like) slats for mattress support -- not nearly enough. The first night, I was lying in bed; rose from lying down to sit, so that I could stand up (in the middle of the bed, over a slat) and the support slat split in two. I weigh 130 pounds. The next day, I went to Lowe's and purchased six 2"x2" balusters, measured and cut them, drilled pilot holes for screws, purchased 12 wood screws, and NOW my twin mattress has the proper support it needs. It cost me only about $25, but it took half a day to get that all done. When someone who is as relatively small as I am can crack a slat simply by sitting up, then the proper support system has not been supplied. Please alert the manufacturer to this issue right away. My issue was one of (minimal) expense and inconvenience: for another person, it could create a serious safety issue if the mattress collapses because of improper support.
