Item was flawed. I sent in pictures while the delivery team was here, rejected delivery like I was told and now the manufacturer says there's nothing wrong. I am still waiting on resolution. Won't let me upload photos.

Two out of three pieces were in great shape. The last piece...ugh. I noticed the defects while the delivery team was here, called the company, sent in pictures as requested, rejected the furniture as told. Now the company is saying the manufacturer says there is nothing wrong. The company said there was something wrong hence the reason they instructed me to send the piece back. Now they want to increase the warranty and give me store credit. Why would I want to shop someplace that doesn't stand by their product? Or keep the customer informed.

Talk to Xavier, and I couldn't believe that he actually had the coffee table, I have been searching the internet for, and is back ordered everywhere. There was one in the warehouse, and he's sending it to me! Can't wait to see it!
